Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly.
• A duplicate transaction occurred.
• A technical issue caused failure of service.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Dissatisfaction with service after successful delivery.
• Violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products & Services

Because digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access is granted.

3. Subscription Services

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle date.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include:

• Order number
• Reason for refund
• Proof of purchase

Refund decisions are made at our discretion within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
